AJAX import error when importing pre-built site

Hello there, I hope this message finds you well.

I spent all my afternoon today trying to fix the AJAX import error. I searched for similar topics, followed their steps, and even began creating the site in production (I was doing it in my staging environment). No luck, none of the steps worked.

Please help-me! 🙂

I changed my PHP config and it is:

version: 8.0
memory_limit: 1024M
post_max_size: 1024M
upload_max_filesize 1024M
max_execution_time 480
max_input_vars 10000

We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function https://gyazo.com/d49aff932a7f0522638c80fc4d4b2289

I had to upgrade my hosting and get a specific VPS to be able to configure the timeout limit.
I’m configuring it as I write and will keep you updated! 😉

OMG, I’m about to cry!
After 2 days and getting my ass kicked by Ubuntu, CloudPanel, and finally configuring everything correctly I was able to import the pre-built site.
