All Promo Banner Links Are Not Working on The HomePage

Dear Support Team,
All Promo Banner Links are not working as it should on the HomePage which is really weird (I am using Black Friday Template).
I have attached some screenshots for the promo banners on my homepage that are not working.
Can you please provide some assistance here. Thanks in advance for your kind cooperation.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

Kindly find below the credentials for WP Admin & cPanel as requested.
Please feel free to disable any plugins you need to test the site.

Try to edit the file woodmart\inc\shortcodes\promo-banner.php and replace the following line

if ( strrpos( $link, '|') ){

with this one

if ( strrpos( $link, '|') || strrpos( $link, 'rl:') ){
