If you want to add Arabic as a second language and allow customers to switch between languages, you will need a multilingual plugin.
For a single-language website, we recommend using the Loco Translate plugin for translating WoodMart and WooCommerce strings:

However, if you need a multilingual website with a language switcher (for example, English / Arabic), Loco Translate is not intended for creating separate language versions of the website. WPML can be used for this purpose, but it is a paid plugin.

Our theme is only compatible with the WPML plugin.
Since you specifically require a free solution, you would need to use a free multilingual plugin that supports Arabic and WooCommerce, and then configure the language switcher according to the plugin’s documentation.
Please note that multilingual functionality is provided by the translation plugin rather than by the WoodMart theme itself.
