Attributes problem

I have another problem with Image preview for attributes.

If I go in an attribute, for example, a Color attribute where I added an Image preview and I simple click Update, the preview image disappears from the website (in the single product page) and disappears from the attribute list too, but it still visible in the relative color attribute editing page.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Theme and Recommended plugins then check back.

If the problem still occurs then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide the admin panel login details of the website.

I deactivated all the not necessary plugins, but the problem is still there.
The website is installed with the latest version.

Most of the third party plugins are still activated on your website. Please deactivate all the third party plugins and then tell me we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I deactivated all the plugins now.

The only plugins active are:
All the WPML
WPBakery
WP Maintenance (it must remain active because it’s a demo site)

Go to Attributes> Colori disponibili> search for America Bruciato
Enter in the color and click UPDATE

You will see that the color disappear.

I found the issue, but I don’t know how to solve it because it looks like a bug on your theme.

The problem for the attribute items images happens only with the old attribute images uploaded before your new theme update.

Yes, you are right. A long time ago we changed the way we store attribute images to optimize the performance. So now old attributes might be lost when you update them. So all you need to do is to reupload the image just before updating the attribute term. But it is only for old terms and only once.
