I am coming to you about a 403 error which is blocking the transfer of data between applications :
– Boxtal : Cannot connect to the store
– WS Form : The action to connect a user through a form is not possible
Here is the feedback from Kinsta support: “Based on the error you are getting it seems the issue is with the authorization rather than a block, a block would return 403.”
According to this same medium, this blocking could come from the theme which blocks by a firewall function the arrival of external data.
Can you tell me more about how to fix this problem?
I saw on another topic that maybe the mod_security rule should be whitelisted, is this a solution?
