No, this is not normal. This is incorrect work.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue. Perhaps you will have to reinstall all.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You can export the Theme Settings in the Theme Settings > Export/Import. The file will contain the current theme settings. Make the full backup of the site before any actions. If you need help in reinstalling the theme, provide FTP access to the private area and we shall help.

ckluong3ParticipantHi, in the Theme Settings > Export/Import page, there is only “IMPORT” and “EXPORT OPTIONS” button. A file named “xts_options_backup_21-12-2019.json” is saved after I clicked the “EXPORT OPTIONS”. Is this the correct way to export the theme setting?
And when I clicked “IMPORT”, only this line came out “New options are successfully imported.”, but no pop up window for me to upload the theme setting file. Is this normal?
I am trying to figure out the process, will reach you for help if I encounter any issue.
Thanks

Please advise, Thanks.Attachments:

The best way is to make the full backup of the site before any changes or testings. WordPress does not provide the option to save the footer and sidebar.
