Taka a look at this brand attribute in private content. When I visit this url, you can see in the filters on the left that you can navigate through products inside the attribute I am currently in.

I also noticed that if you get into any attribute link, than from the left filters menu you can filter by other taxonomies inside the attribute you are already in. So this makes no sense because if you use this filter on the left to use other taxonomy, than you will get always zero results.

    Hello,

Try to regenerate “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools: https://take.ms/LGpvf

In addition, please check Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > Advanced tab and disable Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.

    Let me know the result.

    Kind Regards.

I think you did not quite understand what I mean. All the attributes and taxonomies have set their own URL addresses, so you can type the nice looking url in the browser and have listed all the products with specified taxonomy assigned to a product. So when you select the brand attribute taxonomy (or any other attribute taxonomy) on my webshop, you will find on the left filters, and one of the filters allows you to filter by attribute taxonomy you are already in, and it displays you possibility of filtering ALL brands (or any other attribute taxonomies), even though you are already in one specified brand (or other attribute taxonomy), so whenever you click on the filter on the left to filter by additional brand (or other attribute taxonomy of which you have already entered taxonomy url), you will always get ZERO results. This is bad user experience.

This happens in all cases where you select any attribute taxonomy which has url friendly link.

I will show you example in extra content.

    Hello,

On the test site, it works well –

Is there any chance that you send me access to the live site? If not, try to do the step described in the #post-592512 thread, also, try to reupdate the products from some brand via the bulk edit: https://take.ms/gGqtg

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Thank you for the video. I have enabled the default Storefront theme and displayed the “Brands” attributes by using the default widget and the same issue persists there, here is a video

In general, our filter widgets come from WooCommerce and as you can see the same issue persists in the default theme so it’s something related to WooCommerce itself as the default theme has the same issue. I suggest you contact their support team.

    Kind Regards

Ok I thought you can do something about it. Thank you for your time and help. Please delete all the screens and films from this posts as I wouldn’t like this public. Thank you.
