01. Navigate to Theme Settings > Product archive > Page title and disable the Categories in page title option https://ibb.co/7twm2f0L
02. To add the filters in the sidebar, navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Sidebar. Here, you can set the sidebar position.
Then, you can manage the widgets displayed in the sidebar by going to Appearance > Widgets and adding or removing widgets from the Shop Page widget area. You can follow this guide for reference:https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/

What you have mentioned is not working. to make it easier, i want to have it look like what i showed in the screenshot. I just want a filter for the whole shop. thats it. i can filter by category and brand

To make it look like the demo that you shared, you are using a Custom Product archive layout, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder.
Navigate to Layouts > edit product archive layout and add the sidebar in the layout directly to show filters in the sidebar.

Regarding the brand in the sidebar, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Add the WoodMart WooCommerce Layered Nav widget in the shop page widget area, choose the brand and configure it, and for category filter, add the product category widget in the shop page widget: https://ibb.co/g9pJZrb

The issue you were experiencing occurred because the attributes were not assigned to any products on your site:

For the filters to appear and function properly, there must be at least one product that has those attributes assigned.
To resolve this, I created a new test product on your site:

I then assigned all the relevant attributes to this product:

It should be categories. not attirbutes. My products i need to filter by catogories. hence i added it.
