    yes you have the permission, i just activated theme and tried to import demo (grocery demo) i have already increase php value to 180 that was requried but still i could not able to import demo niether elementor is working, please check this asap and update me with your response if you are done

    Hello,

    You need to increase PHP max input vars limit parameter, now it is 1000. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status. Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings so you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit. Recommended value for this is 5000

    I will try to upload demo without the plugins, I see the demo has not been uploaded.

    yes please, two things are not working, demo cannot be imported, elementor is not working.

    One more problem is caused by incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

    It was necessary to assign at least one menu as “Main” in Appearance > Menu, I have assigned one, if it is wrong, assign the proper one.

    also, i am seeing in topbar, the images are missing? for map, email and phone

    and how can i solve the url issue? can i simply change it to https in settings > General? or would this cause any issue?

    and have you tested elementor? is it working now and could you tell me the issue for the elementor?

    The footer is edited in Appearance > Widgets > Footer Columns, 1,2, and so on.

    As soon as you fix PHP max input vars and URL settings, make the full backup of the site and activate the plugins one by one. Please remember that your site is based on Elementor so you should not activate WP Bakery page builder.

    Thanks! i believe i can configure your theme easily specially your documentations are easy to follow i compared it before we bought this theme!

    my concern are the follwings as asked above;

    You can upload other Demos, however, I would recommend uploading certain pages or using the Template library, it allows you to upload the templates you can apply to your site without other numerous pages and products that you do not need and then you will have to sort out and delete.

    In any case, you can go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Dummy content and upload other demos. The instruction on the Template library is here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

    actually the purpose of my importing different demo homepages is that i like different sections of different demos, i checked the template library too, do you think i could find most of those section in different demos in this library?

    also, could you let me know how can i import this demo header? > https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-retail/demo/retail/

    actually the purpose of my importing different demo homepages is that i like different sections of different demos, i checked the template library too, do you think i could find most of those section in different demos in this library?

    The template library contains absolutely all the blocks that are used on all the home pages of all the demos as well as other pages of the demo, it is better to use a template library for the existing site than upload a demo package of unnecessary pages.

    and when i visit our site on incognito mode or through my mobile, it shows old homepage with divi code, while where im logged in it shows grocery as main page and also at the backend i checked, the grocery is set to be main page, please let me know if this is also related to SSL? and host would configure this?

    I suspect that it is a matter of cache, perhaps on the host. You would better find out and ask host support to clear the cache

    Hi, Good morning! i just did that and below are the updated password

    The host is saying that the SSL is already activated and if need configurations, they asked to clarify what cofigrations are needed from their end, and they have updated the value to 5000 as asked.

    Please make sure everything is working fine and i wont be facing any issues later on. although i cleared the cache and now the correct page is showing, but the images on topbar are still not showing correctly, also how can i import different headers from different demos? and revolution sliders?

    The icons are shown properly. The images in the top bar of the header hould be replaced or removed.

    I see, then i guess for now we dont have any issue, im taking a backup of the site, so please do not change or update anything for now.
