Can Not Change Header Text Color

I want to change the text color like the second pic, how to make it white when it’s normal? I can only change the hover color, No matter light theme or dark theme, the text color is only white and black

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.
