Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The shop page is a Woocommerce functional page, it is not editable.
You can add custom content before the product grid by means of the Shop page filter area provided by WoodMart at the top.
1. Create HTML block (custom post type) with the content you want to show: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
2. Enable Top filters in the Theme Settings >Product archives > Shop filters https://gyazo.com/3564df2a5d658a0010b6c0ebd0b537d4
3. Enable Shop filters area always opened
4. Shop filters content type should be set Custom content
5. You can choose the HTML block with the content from the Shop filters custom content drop-down.
Best Regards

nikosdimitriouParticipantI had access to Elementor but not yet any more.
This is the message I get when I try to edit through Elementor.
I cannot change the Shop page by any means apart from filters etc. I only see the shop categories. How to access the back end of the shop page and change the shop categories?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

nikosdimitriouParticipantWhat exactly I am supposed to check?
LOOK. I have paid to renew the support of your theme to resolve a few issues since your documentation is so poor and your support is very limited after purchase.
If you cannot help me find out what is wrong with the Shop page, then go home and shut the business down. So, lets say, I install the theme you said. What I am checking?
I have paid for a e-commerce theme (AND extra for support) and I need help with the Shop page.
In many cases, you require the login details. for what reason?? I dont get it really.
Please check again what could be wrong and give back a more sustainable solution.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The shop page is the Woocommerce functional page. This page is not editable by its nature. If you edit the shop page your store may work incorrectly regardless of the theme.
WoodMart support covers all the issues related to the WoodMart theme. Plugins customizations are not covered, nevertheless, we always try to help, and provide CSS to make minor changes or other snippets provided this would not injure the main functionality of the plugin.
WoodMart theme has the Shop filters area at the top of the shop page. You can see the demo here:https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/?opt=filters_area and here is how it works: https://gyazo.com/590dcda537918902f203f1d7c4343075
You can replace the filters with your custom content.
1. You can create your content by means of Elementor and HTML block (custom type post): https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
As for the Elementor message. Do you see it on all the pages or only in the shop page?
If you see it on all the pages, please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf you use the child theme switch to the parent and check how Elementor works. WoodMart works can work with either Elementor or WP Bakery page builder, if you installed and activated both, disable the WP bakery builder. One more reason such a message appears is if you are trying to switch from WP bakery page builder to Elementor. IT is not possible you can find more details in our documentation: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Please list the issues related to the WoodMart theme and lack of information in the documentation we will guide your where to find and help with implementation.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards
