Hello, I’ve reinstalled Woodmart and switched over to Elementor for my page builder. But I cannot find the Woodmart built-in widgets for Elementor as shown in your documentation (see screenshot).

    Hello,

WoodMart works with either WP Bakery builder or Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. In the process of the installation of the plugin, please install one building plugin, you are going to use. It is not possible to convert an existing site that is built on WP bakery page builder into Elementor and vise versa. If you want to use Elementor you will need to recreate the site from scratch.

    Thanks. Two followup questions:

    1. Is it possible to use Elementor’s marketing elements (light boxes, banners, etc), or are you saying the two plugins can’t even coexist while woodmart is installed?

    2. I tried reinstalling Woodmart with Elementor, but it didn’t quite seem to work. I disabled all plugins (except for woocommerce), switched to a different theme, deleted woodmart, and then reinstalled woodmart choosing Elementor as my page builder. Perhaps I didn’t go far enough in recreating the site “from scratch”? What am I missing?

    Hello,

WoodMart has a set of its own elements/widgets integrated in both WP bakery page builder and in Elementor.

If you want to use the theme on Elementor, you just need to enable the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins. You do not need any other third paries plugins. Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/

It is not possible, however, to switch from WP Bakery to Elementor, you will need to reinstall all and create your site from scratch in Elementor.

Elementor also has all demos, that WP Bakery has, and you can use the template library to upload ready blocks that would save your time: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for that helpful information! I don’t think my questions were fully answered:

    1. Is it possible to keep Woodmart on WP Bakery but use Elementor on the side for other things like marketing banners, etc?

    2. I thought I reinstalled Woodmart from scratch, but it wasn’t successful (I could not download any demo content). Is this the documentation page I need to follow more precisely? https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/4-x-5-0-elementor-migration-guide/

    Hello,

    1. It is not possible to keep two builders, it is not possible to switch from one to another. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process

    2. You need to reinstall WordPress and install WoodMart to new installation with only one builder.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
