Can't access Woodmart templates libray

Hello I am not able to access the woodmart templates library using WPBakery. I have tried on my other site as well and the same thing. It just spins and spins

Everything is up to date and all plugins except the default are active but it’s still the same.

Please provide the site admin access to the private area I will check and suggest. Please confirm the permit to deactivate the plugins for the while of checking it may take 10-15 minutes and switch to the parent theme if you run the child one.

Sure you may go ahead and troubleshoot. I have activated all the plugins again but you can disable them as needed.

I have deactivated the plugins and it works. Here is the list of the disabled plugins https://prnt.sc/r828or Deactivate theme and activate one by one checking which one causes the problem.

I have deactivated these and it still isn’t working (I had already deactivated them and tested before logging to support)

I have also deleted browser history and cache…I have tried it on firefox, chrome and canary and the loading screen never loads.

I have tried every combination of deactivating plugins down to only having woodmart core and WPBakery active but the issue is the same.

What do you suggest I do now as it doesn’t work with me no matter what I do? Different browsers, different pc, disable all plugins nothing works.

I even installed Opera browser and the first thing I did was try and it still doesn’t work

I need this urgently I cannot go back and forth with one message every few hours over days

Try another device or browser. I cannot solve the issue if I do not see the problem. Please specify the problem:

When you open the library do you see the templates?

When you try to add them are they added?

At what stage the problem occurs?
