cant change font

I have tried to change the font but it just doesn’t seem to work. I have put in my Typekit Kit ID.

Lora is the only font that appears yet the font we have added to the typekit is Futura and its not showing in the options when i go to set it.

Just a heads up. It doesn’t work in safari but does in chrome.

We have checked and we cannot catch the problem:

and
https://prnt.sc/11szs9h – chrome

As you can see the font for titles are the same.
