brianhklamParticipantI saw the previous post to say adding “woodmart-open-newsletter” to the CSS classes field in the menu. However, I found the menu doesn’t have the CSS classes field for me to put the classes. Do you know why? please see my attach image. please advise.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the Screen option in the right -top of the screen, open disable all. The second reason – as soon as you have added the menu item, save it to see all the custom fields.
Best Regards

brianhklamParticipantHi Elise,
Ok, I can see the CSS classes field by open screen option. However, there is no popup when clicking the newsletter in the menu as I have put “woodmart-open-newsletter” in the css classes field.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Have a look at the screen https://prnt.sc/rkko45 and https://prnt.sc/rkkoef
You have not enabled the popup in the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup. I have done and it works.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. Create HTML block and add Popup element https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
2. Add the HTML block by means of Header builder element HTML Block built with WPBakery https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/
You will have button or link (depending on what you configure in the Popup element) in the

brianhklamParticipantHi Elise,
Sorry, don’t fully understand. First, what I want is to show the promo popup by clicking the link and also disable to show the promo popup in the first time visit. So I set “off” for “Enable Promo Popup”
I have created a new HTML block for the newsletter and placed its shortcode to the “promo popup text” field. However, it doesn’t pop it up if I disabled the “Enable Promo Popup”. It works if I enable it. But I don’t want it popup automatically in the first visit.
Besides, I don’t really understand your pt.2. I have tried to add the new HTML block in the header builder as HTML Block WPBakery builder and selected my newly created one. Then it messed the layout and showed the HTML block directly.
