Cant update theme

    Hi, I want to update the theme using wordpress but I get an error (please see attached image)

    What can I do about this?

    We have reactivated the theme and now the update function works correctly. We have update theme as well.

    Thank you very much but I’ve just access the admin and it says that I should update the theme, and I tried but I got this (please see the image attached) (it happens only on the spanish version, the english version is updated)

    What can be causing this? Because I don’t want to be bothering you everytime an update comes out

    Do you mean that you have different websites for both languages?

    You need to deactivate the theme, check for updates, activate it again and then try to update the theme.

    Is there anyway to update them manually? by loading the theme thru ftp? If so do you have a tutorial to do so?

    Yes, there is the option: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    Make the full backup of your site and export theme settings.

    I did what you told me to, but I m getting the same error on http://www.convitemezcal.com/tienda

    but I don’t understand why the english site http://www.convitemezcal.com/en has been updated but not the spanish site http://www.convitemezcal.com/tienda

    Can you please help me?
