Can't upload the theme

i keep getting this error

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

help fix it please

and i have increased my limits to the highest

i tried using ftp, after activating all the plugin i am getting this

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 843776 bytes) in /home/isabdcjp/eravoo.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4339

Hello,

You need to contact your host support on this problem. The host configuration does not allow you to upload the theme. After that you can try manual upload via FTP described here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/
