Card Processing Problem

Hello team, I have installed your theme on a site and installed the viva payment gateway for woocommerce, the problem occurred when a client inputs the card details, all good so far but when the card process was finished it goes to the 404 page even if the order was successfully registered in woocommerce order and all the necessary emails went to the recipients

Unfortunately my clients was mad about it because its a live site now and we changed the theme to work and he wants to stick with the new theme. Sorry about that, I wrote to you this and maybe you will find a bug or something
