Cart layout is active, but it is not that layout in the checkout

How do I do, so that cart layout you have is the one that is active?

The Cart Layout setting applies only to the Cart page, not the Checkout page.

If you want your cart layout to reflect on the checkout page, you’ll need to adjust the Checkout layout separately:

Currently, the cart layout cannot automatically override the checkout layout — each page has its own layout settings.

Do you offer any kind of design service?

In one of the screenshots, there is a checkout section with fields where customers need to enter their information. Which fields should be included there?

It is important that these fields can be made mandatory, so customers cannot complete the payment without entering the required information.

The checkout page is the default WooCommerce functionality, and WoodMart does not control it. We currently support enable/disable and make fields required only. You can read more here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/fields-manager/

To add custom fields in the checkout like your first screenshot, you need to find a plugin for adding the custom fields in checkout: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-checkout-field-editor-pro/
