Cart stopped working and tables are missing

I deleted a user that was previously an admin. Then instead of assigning their items to a current admin, I deleted them.
Now when the site loads, it loads and literally shows the woodmart logo in the header, then if I refresh it shows the real live site the way it was designed. I tried to reinstall from a backup yesterday when everything was working fine and the same thing happens as well as from the day before etc.
I tried to run a repair ( define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true); ) from searching youtube in the wpconfig file but when I go to the site to add a product to the cart, it does not get added to the cart AND it shows and Error establishing a database connection.
I tried to run a repair and the report is below:

wp_term_relationships: Table ‘i1024_wp1.wp_term_relationships’ doesn’t exist
wp_termmeta: Table ‘i1024_wp1.wp_termmeta’ doesn’t exist

No idea how all of this happened as this is the first time this has ever happened to any website we monitor in the last 5 years. Any advice for a novice to figure this out?

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

If you see the same on the Storefront, please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
