You can configure that menu via Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Page title. Also, you can try to disable the “Show current category ancestors” option: https://monosnap.com/file/Ue99LeUzi3pAdCGjieTn6pl06vwjG9

That text can be changed manually via WoodMart -> Header builder -> edit the “Categories” element and set a new title for the “Menu title” field.
