tiendaspyParticipantHi,
I bought the Woodmart template, and use the different plugins to make it properly work.
I understand that by creating categories and products, they will automatically update & load in the header.
It works for the category menu next to the search bar. However, when in the header builder I add the categories option to create a menu like the one you have in your demo, it doesn’t work, instead it only displays “Mi cuenta” which translates to “My Account”, and that menu doesn’t work either. What can I do?Maybe it’s related but for some reason I don’t have a “create an account” page!
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
If you trying to add the categories into “Browse category” menu, you need to create menu in Appearance > Menu and add it by means of Category element into the desktop view of the Header Builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-responsive-settings/
In case you are trying to add the categories into Mobile menu, you can add it by means of Mobile menu element in the Mobile view. You will find the option to show categories in the element, as soon as you enable, the drop-down with all the menu will appear.
If you cannot save the settings, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide your site admin access to the private area.
Best Regards

tiendaspyParticipantGreat, thank you, i think I start to get it.
How do I make this menu “open” or organize the information as the one you have in your demo?
You have the menu fully opened and when I get on Fashion it shows man/woman and further subcategories, etc…I have to add tags to products?
Thank you once again

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
There are two ways to show the Browse Category menu: Category element in the Header Builder as I told you above and Megamenu widget in the WPBakery page builder chart. The second way is presented in the Fashion Demo: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-fashion/demo/fashion/
If you add the Browse categories menu in the Header builder, you can set the menu to be always open in the page settings, enable Open categories menu – Always shows categories navigation on this page; https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
Megamenu widget in the WPBakery page builder is always open by default.
In order to create megamenu blocks, It is necessary to create HTML block separately for each menu item. Dashboard > HTML blocks > Add new. Megamenu block is created by means of the Extra Menu list element. At the same time, Megamenu block can contain any other static content element such as Product Grid, Images, Texts blocks.
As soon as Megamenu blocks are ready, they may be added to menu items in Appearance > Menu > Select menu > enter menu item > HTML Block dropdown in the Custom fields [for theme] which appear as soon as the menu item has been saved. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/
Best Regards
