You have uploaded an image for the page title, but the title is disabled on your shop page. Matsya-Screenshot_2.png

The product category page inherits the settings of the shop page.

You need to create HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks/ add any content and insert its shortcode to the product page description to show this block: Matsya-Screenshot_1.png
