Category header image is not showing up

Hi having issues with deployment of category header – read the documentation uploaded image at category header, followed instructions. Still category page is not showing any header image. Could you please help with it?

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation.

It is actual website on production, we are up now and running it would be great if u could manage that after 20:00 (+6 GMT) is it possible?

The category settings depend on the shop page settings. As soon as you enable the title on the shop page, the title would appear and it would have the proper image. You can enable the title in the Theme Settigns > Product archives > Page title and also in the shop page options: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

Is there any possibility to add banner image over products in a category page??
Because we don’t need that header image everywhere.
We need to add banner in a vodka category but before content – not after it.

You need to create an HTML block and insert the Promo banner – one row, one column so that it would be wide. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/

Then you need to insert this HTML block in the Product category description: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#cat_att_tag

And find the option to place the description above the product grid in the Theme Settings > Product Archives.
