Category menu icons on Shop page

Hi, I have menu icons set up for all categories in Woo. They show fine on the home page on the main menu, however, when I go to the shop page it shows the menu with no icons.. only categories and sub categories are shown.. what am I doing wrong?

You will find the options to add icons properly so that they would appear, if you configured everything properly, and it does not work, please provide your site admin access to the private area.

This is a Product category widget https://ibb.co/FbY24Vp There is no option to add icons there, this is Woocommerce functionality and Woocommerce does not provide such an option.
