Change filter

I am using the default WordPress widget Product Categories list, called in my widget area of the website to filter the different products on my website. How to modify it to be with a box in front of it (checkbox) where the user is able to select a category (by ticking it) and I need the user to be able to choose more than one category by selecting multiple boxes. All of this need to affect the products and filter them.
I put a photo with an example of how we want to look.

The Product categories widget is the Woocommerce functionality and it does not have the checkbox by default.

WoodMart does not have its own Product categories widget.

You would better find a plugin.
