Change image on hover

I have enabled the option to change product image on hover on my shop grid but it does not work. Could you please help?

You need to add an image to the product gallery. Have you done that? If so, and it does not work, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
