Change Woocommerce Product Review Star's Hover Colour

I wish to change the hover effect on the woocommerce product stars when a user is selecting how many stars to leave. I tried copying the code already post in the support topic linked here: Support Topic
However it did not work.

Hello,

Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS:

body .single-product-content .comment-form .stars span a:hover{
    color:green;
}

Replace the “green” with your color
