I am having a few issues with the theme setup and configuration:

Logo update issue: I changed the logo through the admin panel, but the change is not reflecting everywhere—it is only visible on a few pages. The cache has been completely cleared.

Topbar issue: The topbar is disabled in the theme settings, but it is still showing up on the frontend.

Footer menu customization: I want to remove the “Blog” link from the footer menu and edit the other categories, but I cannot find where to do this.

01, 02. Maybe you are using a custom header on your site. Woodmart theme provides the option to create different headers for different pages: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/
You can check the custom header for a page or change it with the default header, or change it directly.

Also remove the coursel from the bottom of the site
