Changing Top menu items

Hi, I’d like to change the items located in the top bar on the right hand side ie, “My account” “Blog” “Cart” as they are redundant because i have them in the main header section.

The setting available in Theme Settings>Header>Top Bar only allows me to add text to the left side of the top bar. How can I change the right side?

You can manage this menu via Appearance -> Menus.
