Most likely the issue is caused by the plugins conflict.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

It means that WoodMart does not influence or cause the issue.

Most likely this is the plugin conflict is caused by customization or plugins.

Dokan says this is an issue with the woodmart theme:
“When I switch the default dokan theme or any default theme on your website then your problem is solved. I have attached the screenshot which is given below: https://snipboard.io/oGfunJ.jpg. This is a theme issue on your website I hope you understand.”
