You cannot edit the default WooCommerce checkout page directly. Instead, you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create a custom Checkout Layout and modify its structure according to your needs.

If you want to disable or manage existing checkout fields, please refer to our Fields Manager documentation:

To add additional custom fields and achieve a checkout design similar to your reference website, you may need to use a third-party plugin that extends WooCommerce checkout functionality, as such custom fields are not available in the theme and woocommerce by default.
