Color of the website

Good evening. Hope you are doing well. We have 2 question on our website(http://test.crobrand.com/).
1. How can I change website color, I have tried from css part, but after changing some menus are missing. Header color too.
2. How can I change some words like add to card, buy, view card and etc from English to another language.
