Color Swatches appears as text at first dislplay

    Hello,

    When customer/me display a product page for the first time, my color swatches are not displaying correctly, they appear as text like the screenshot (capture.png). if i press refresh, it appears correctly (capture2.png).
    Certainly a cache issue, but i can’t figure out the issue.

    Could you check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/variable-products-and-swatches/ If the problem remains, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello, the issue is not how to create color swatches. If you read my message , it’s working well after first refresh.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor

    Hello, it seems that it comes from the single product layout.

    If i disable the layout, no issues with my color swatches.

    Please, keep all the plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off so we can check this too.

    Hi,

    I did turn off all the plugins and the issue still occurred.
    As I told you, issue seems to come from the single product layout that I made.
    By the way, I made a new layout from scratch, and since issue seems to be gone.
    I keep you informed about that.

    It means that this issue is caused by some of the installed plugins. Try to activate them one by one to see which one causes this problem.
