    Hi.
I had a chat with one of you regarding this issue where I want to put 3 images in 3 different columns on mobile but it’s not working properly even though the live preview shows me the 3 columns working correctly. So actually it is a bit disappointing that the live editor is broken. As you see on the web, the images stack one on top of each other (even though what you have done before worked) as soon as I adjust the image size a bit (to make the image bigger the structure collapse, and even going back to the same settings I cannot put it back in 3 columns. I have put the 3 columns in 33% and full width with all the margins in 0% just to be sure is all right. I would like to understand what it make it do that so I’m aware of what needs to be changed or not, in order to make changes without breaking the template. So when I do the adjustments to the image I know what I can do or how big I can go.
Hope you can guide me on this.
    Thanks

    Hello,

I have unable to login your site:
    https://ibb.co/RpN5HXm

Please navigate to Elementor -> Tools -> General and click on “Regenerate CSS & Data”.

    Hi.
Thanks for the answer. It is weird you can not log in because I double check the login details and they are fine. I will copy them in the extra info so you can try.
About Regenerating CSS & Data, that option looks like it will delete all the CSS code I added, in that correct? In that case, that is not an option because I styled a few things that the theme doesn’t allow in another option and is important so I don’t want to lose that code.
Please let me know about it.

    Hello,

Now check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.
    https://ibb.co/tY2D1Jh

After that update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.3.0 RELEASED” and update the required plugin.

    Hi.
It is still the same issue, As soon as I try to make the images a bit bigger but keeping the column sizes under 33% wide (so it is less than 100% wide the overall container) the 3-column format breaks and stacks one on top of the other. Also when I put back the same values that you changed still does not display the images in 3 columns. I don’t see any logic. On top of that, you are not telling me how you put the images in 3 columns you just did it, so I don’t know what you have done to learn it myself.
The update that you are asking me to update will fix the mobile column issue? I am starting to feel quite disappointed to be honest because is something basic for any theme. I have worked with other themes recently and I had no issues with that. I have read that if I update the theme I will lose all the custom CSS I have added. I would like to know if I’m going to lose the custom CSS even though I’m using the child theme, otherwise I would prefer to keep the old theme.
    Thanks

    Hello,

If you have added the custom CSS code in the child theme or theme settings, you will never lose the custom CSS code after the theme update. So please update the theme on your site before updating the theme please take the complete backup of your site and then update the theme.

    Best Regards.
