    Hi,
    how to enable attachments options in Product reviews.

    ie, a customer maybe want to post the image of the item which they brought.

    Hello,

    Please go to Theme Setting >> Product Page >> Reviews and turn ON Review Images Option as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/wQSX1bT it will allow customers to upload images to their reviews for products.
