confirm registry by email & reviews for user sregisters

two things. How is it that the users who register have to confirm the registration by email?
How are the valuations configured so that the registered users can value the products? now only users who buy can rate the products. Thank you,

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.
