Conflict with a plugin

I have been contacted by the following plugin because this plugin doesnt’let add more than one item to the cart: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/pixelyoursite/

They told me:

If you are running an old version of the WooCommerce plugin you need to use previous version of Basel – 3.8. Download the full package with all files and find basel_3.8.zip file there https://gyazo.com/9792e3bc28a618eba7d3b44758280b11
Or you need to update WooCommerce to the latest 3.3 version. It is temporarily removed from wordpress.org but should be available soon.

We update all current plugin included Woocommerce and Theme but the problem persist with Pixelyourplugin:

I’ve tried already to test that theme, but as I told you it gives me an error and I can’t continue.

There’s nothing wrong with WordPress or WPML, it’s just an issue with your theme.

I suggest you contact the theme developer about it.

It seems that you still didn’t update the theme to the latest version. Try to update to 3.9.1 version.

You see the problem when I activate the Pixelyoursite plugin, but I can not do it now, because we are live and customers have to order. Then please contact the author plugin

Sorry, but why we should contact the plugin author? If you have the problem with it then you have to contact them. We don’t see any issues with our theme here.

I already contacted the author plugin as you can see above. He told me the error and then I contacted you.
