How can I create the content for my “promotions” category, if I do it through ‘tabs and a personalized consultation, it appears, but if I want to see the content of the products that I have a discount on woocomerce , I do not know how to do it

You have not assigned the products in the category, go to each product that you want to include in your promotions and assign them to this category.
