ivoltbgParticipantHello,
Hello,
how can I create a separate page, accessible from a menu, and a carousel somewhere that is linked to the uploaded brands on the website?
Best regards,

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
I would like to achieve two things:
How can I create a separate page that displays all the product brands available on the website? For example, you can see how it’s done on my other site: https://ivolt.bg/brands.html. It doesn’t have to look exactly the same — this is just an example for reference.
The second thing I’d like to implement is a carousel on the homepage, placed above the footer, where all the brands available on the site can be displayed.
If you need more information, feel free to let me know and I’ll do my best to explain things more clearly.
Thank you in advance!

Hung PhamKeymasterHi ivoltbg,
Thanks for your patience.
1. Brands
There are 2 methods to do that:
+ Try to enable archives for the Brands – https://prnt.sc/4h2NPnu75uWM and then check how it works.
+ You can use
Brands
widget for normal pages.2. You can take a look
Brands
widget as I mentioned above.https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/product-brands/

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
thank you for the information. I’ve made some progress. A few questions came up:
1. How can I edit the highlighted words shown in the attached image?
2. How can I add a title to the widget “Brands” container I added via “Pages -> iVolt Home Page”? (screenshot attached)
3. How can I add spacing between the previous container and the one with the brands I added in “Pages -> iVolt Home Page”? (screenshot attached)Is it possible to add effects, for example: all images are in grayscale, and when you hover over them, they turn to color?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards, Nikola

Hung PhamKeymasterHi ivoltbg,
1. Slug: You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
Others: In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WordPress Cores file, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article

Title
orHeading
above it.3. Please see screenshot https://prnt.sc/-61j0BkK8vLg

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
1. Wasn’t there an option somewhere in the menus to at least edit the basic slugs?
2. Thanks.
3. Thanks.
4. And what do you think about what I had written: “Is it possible to add effects, for example: all images are in grayscale, and when you hover over them, they turn to color?” If yes, how can I do it?July 18, 2025 at 11:09 am #674871
Hung PhamKeymasterHi ivoltbg,
1. Currently, WoodMart theme has an option to change Portfolio’s slug in Theme Settings > Portfolio > Portfolio. Basic slugs can be changed in Settings > Permalinks. For others, you need to used extra plugins.
4. Use
Brands
widget and you have that effect by default https://ibb.co/ccfygyyJRegards,

ivoltbgParticipantHi,
since I’m using Brands as an attribute, is it possible for the page you showed me to associate the Brand attribute, not “Brands”, in order to achieve that effect?
If not, how can I make it so that the effect appears only on desktop, while on mobile it stays as it is now — with a simple carousel?

ivoltbgParticipantHi,
the “Brands” can be declared in the “Brands” section, or I can create a “Brands” attribute and use that instead — is that correct?
My question is: how can I use the desired carousel with the desired effects when using brands from attributes? I hope I explained it clearly.
Could you please show me how to do it, because I didn’t quite understand from your screenshot — or just do it directly so I don’t waste more time?
P.S. If the site is down (as mentioned in another ticket), I’m waiting for your colleague to check what’s going on via FTP, because there are some issues and I have no idea where they’re coming from…

Hung PhamKeymasterHi ivoltbg,
Please record a video that demonstrates the problem so we can understand and reproduce it on your website.

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
maybe I confused you. I just wanted to let you know that there’s no need for you to do anything, as I was able to resolve the issue myself from the relevant page – the brand carousel, in the photos section, Hover > Alternate.
Thank you for your time.
You can close the ticket.
Best Regards, Nikola
