What is the actual file path to custom CSS inside theme settings option? I want to refer to the file for optimization.

Thanks, I am already using a child theme for the production site.
Is there any significant difference in site loading speed among:
1. Codes entered into Woodmart’s Custom CSS
2. Codes entered inside Additional CSS under WP Apperance -> Customize, or
3. Codes entered in the child theme’s styles.css?
