alandres2628ParticipantHello team!
Great theme, congratulations!!First of all, I have activated the catalog mode of the store, since for now only queries about the products will be received.
I have a question about the Woocommerce store page. I need to add a section before the products and filters (sidebar). I attach a screenshot.
I see that the Woocommerce “Store” page itself cannot be edited with Elementor, so I am trying to replicate an identical one. But both the product grid and the filter (sidebar) of my new page do not look like it at all. What’s more, I cannot find the sidebar or widget where all the filter options are displayed, that is, your elements.
I attach a screenshot. Is it possible to do this in a customized way?
And on the other hand, I mentioned before that I have activated the catalog mode. When I go to see a product I need to show a button to show a popup with the contact form (I already achieved this with your help). But of course, now it’s a button for a product. I’m attaching a screenshot.
Thank you very much for the help.

alandres2628ParticipantIn the previous message I can’t add more screenshots. These last 2 screenshots are from the product page with its button, which I want to try to add, but with the catalog mode active. Is this possible?
Thanks.

alandres2628ParticipantHello Aizaz, thank you.
I’ll get you access!November 25, 2024 at 3:19 pm #615573
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1. Yes, it is possible to add the content on the shop page by using the custom layout for the product archive page, you can easily edit the custom layout in the Elementor:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
2. For this, you also need to create the custom layout page for the Single product page as well:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
Best Regards.

alandres2628ParticipantHello Aizaz!
I have followed the documentation you have given me in detail. I even want the same example that appears as Predefined layouts, it is the same example that I showed you in my previous post, the example that this one: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/
But when I select it and click on the “create layout” button it does not appear as it should. Any help?
PS. Another thing I have seen is that the store page no longer has the layout as in the screenshots I sent you yesterday, the 01 page store current.
Thank you very much.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Do you want to show the same layout like the Demo?
I have setup the same page layout as your demo example. Now please check the shop page after removing the browser cache.
Best Regards.

alandres2628ParticipantHi Aizaz, thanks for the help.
I can see the following on my /shop/ page
screenshot 07I have seen the layout you have created and you have also disabled the layouts of the same type.
screenshot 08.But what I don’t understand is that if you have chosen the demo I mentioned: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/
What I don’t understand is why the predefined filters of the demo don’t appear? Or do I have to add it manually? If this is so, I am doing it from Appearance – Widgets
screenshot 09The widget that appears is: “Shop Page Widget Area” both in the layout and on the shop page.
screenshot 10.Or do I have to create it from Dashboard – Sidebars that the template itself brings?
Thanks for the help.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
May be there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.
