Customize A Vendor Registration

Hello,
I installed Theme child for woodmart , then copied the vendor registration form from the parent theme(the woodmart theme) to the child theme, then tried to customize the registration form multiple times, but it was not showing my changes. I also tried using the lite cache, disabling Mod Security, and turning off all of the plugins, but nothing changed. Can you take a look on it?

Login and Registration are default WooCommerce templates and WoodMart does not control it. You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
