Dash is appearing on some devices below product title

    Hello,

    Unwanted dash is appearing just below the product title on some devices.

    It appears both on shop and product pages.

    It appears on iPhone ( Tested on iPhone 6 and iPhone X) and LG Smart TV.

    But it doesn’t appear on Android phone and Desktop PC. That’s good.

    Please help us remove this wherever it appears.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    We face such a problem for the first time, that is why I suspect that it may be the third parties plugin influence.

    Hello,

    Make the full backup of the theme and update it till the recent version 5.3.4

    Then update all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

    Update the Woocommerce and Woocommerce database, you will see the message in the dashboard and check the issue.

    Hello,

    It has nothing to do with woocommerce database.

    On my live website, the theme was recently updated.

    However, the problem is since very long. But I am reporting now.

    You can update the theme to whichever version you want on the test website.

    Full backup has been created.
