I don’t have an issue with site loading speed.
My problem is with the delay before the site starts loading resources.
I am hosting with godaddy.
On the same domain, there is a static html website which does not have this issue.
This woocommerce theme installation is pretty much a fresh install without new plugins and simple text / logo edits.
Could you kindly take a look and advise?

We have tested your website but don’t see any delay on the frontend part. If you are talking about the server response time, you can try to install some cache plugin like WP Rocket and increase it.
