Demo not Imported Properly

Hi,
I tried to import demo content from your theme and followed the instructions as per https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/, but it is not showing as your demo is showing https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/
Please fix this issue ASAP.

Hi efaisal601,

Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Then, I kindly request you to read and adhere to the steps outlined in our theme documentation, which can be found at the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/

Regards,

Hi Faisal Awan,

To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

Also, would you mind if I erase all content and re-import? Please confirm me back.

Kind Regards,

Hi,
Yes, you can erase all content and reimport. I’m sending you the login details for wp-admin.

Hi Faisal Awan,

I helped you to import demo, please double check.

Kind Regards,

Hi,
Your theme has a built in function “Login to See Prices”
I need this function but couldn’t find.
Please do it, thanks

How to Enable “Login to See Prices” in WoodMart

Option 1: Using WoodMart Theme Settings (Built-In)
1. Login to WordPress Admin
2. Go to:
WoodMart → Theme Settings → Shop → Product Visibility
3. Enable:
• ✅ Hide prices for guests
• ✅ Hide “Add to Cart” for guests
4. Customize the message shown to guest users (e.g., “Please log in to see prices.”)
5. Save changes.

Option 2: Use with “User Role” Features
WoodMart also supports user role-based visibility for:
• Prices
• Products
• Add-to-Cart buttons

So you can show prices only to certain roles (e.g., “Wholesaler”).
1. Go to:
WoodMart → Theme Settings → Shop → Product Visibility
2. Choose User roles and set which roles can see prices.
Option 3: Custom Message / Login Redirect

If you’d like to customize the login popup or direct users to a custom login page, go to:
• WoodMart → Theme Settings → Header → Login/Register
• Enable the AJAX login popup or set a custom login URL

I’m using your demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/ for my site, but I like your header in https://woodmart.xtemos.com/marketplace2/ (file attached)
Please guide me on how to use the marketplace2 header in my current site.
Thanks

Hi,
I want to use a full-screen slider. How can I do that?

Hi Faisal Awan,

You can create a dev site and import this template https://woodmart.xtemos.com/accessories/, then you can export Header Builders and Sliders to see how it works.

Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

Then, please read our documentation on how to import/export header: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-export-import-headers/

Hi,
Where is the option to hide the product star rating?

Hi Faisal Awan,

Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

div.star-rating {
    display: none;
}

Best Regards,
Hung PD

You sent me custom CSS
This is not a solution.
There must be a feature in the theme settings to hide and show the star rating.

Hi,
On your demo site https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/, on the header
When the mouse goes to All Categories, the drop-down opens
But on my website, it is not working as in the demo https://staginguat.mobiphix.ca/
Please fix it according to the demo.

Hi Faisal Awan,

1. Hide ratings

You can create a future request here – https://woodmart.canny.io/feature-requests so our developer will consider it.

2. Menu

I checked your site and currently the sub-menu items don’t have HTML Block content like demo https://ibb.co/KzVBnbP7 Please refer below articles for create basic menus, mega menus:

Please see my website. Why is it not working?

It’s urgent. Please see my website. Why is it not working?

Hi Faisal Awan,

I see tons of errors related to JS in Console log https://prnt.sc/rgR0TFqF97yR

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

Kind Regards,
Hung PD

I told you many times that this link is not working for me https://prnt.sc/rgR0TFqF97yR
instead of this you should use https://ibb.co/KzVBnbP7 for sending me the screenshot
