Demos don't work

    Hello, I just installed the theme. The base version worked but I could not run the demo versions. The site cannot be displayed when I select any of the demos. It gives an error. I deleted WordPress several times, installed it as you described in your tutorial video, but the result did not change. Now I can’t run the base version properly. It tells me to either use wp-bakery or elementor. I choose either one, it still doesn’t work. If I give you my login information, tell you the demo I want, can you solve this problem?

    I removed the elementor so you can see the page. Otherwise, the page does not appear.

    I would suggest you install WP reset, and re-install the theme from scratch. You need to enable only one builder either WP bakery page builder or Elementor. Please follow this instruction:https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

    Hello, thank you for your quick response. I solved the problem. But some of the demos still don’t work. For example, I want to make Retail 2 . But it’s not working. However, the Coffee theme works. What could this problem be caused by?

    Also, where can I change the logo and header colors?

    Finally, I imported the additional elements section. I thought the demos were not working because of this. Will these imports slow down my site in general? if it slows down how can i delete it again?

    Hello,

    Please provide the Home pages of the demo that do not work.

    Most likely your demo is uploaded without images.

    Installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of pages and images that take too much time to complete.
    Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported.

    It doesn’t open in general. But I’ll take a look and post a screenshot.

    By the way, how can I translate them into Turkish in the mobile submenu home-shop-whishlist-my account. WordPress supports Turkish. I downloaded the Loco Translate you suggested, but I could not access the current menu. Is there another way?

    Menu items are replaced in the Appearance > Menu or just create the content initially in Turkish.

    Which page do you have problems with? Please provide URL.

    Hello,

    You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

    Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to 6.1.4 version and all the related plugins. Then synchronize the translation and clear the cache after translation.

    IF the problem persists, please confirm the permission to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check.
