Hello,
1. Mega menu dropdowns built with HTML Blocks are supported by the main desktop menu only. You need to create a separate mobile navigation in Appearance -> Menus without HTML Blocks dropdowns.
2. Try to add the following CSS as well
.basel-woocommerce-layered-nav li {
margin-bottom: 4px;
}
3. You can ignore that message.
4. There is one image in the footer that is loaded from our server http://demo.xtemos.com/basel/wp-content/themes/basel/images/payments.png
You just need to remove/replace it in Appearance -> Widgets.
