diferents url on the filters

Hello, I have a problem with the url’s that generate the filters.
When I click on the check, a url is generated.
When I click on the text, another url is generated.
How can i fix this?

example

https://gas-hogar.es/categoria-producto/

Click on category “calderas”

Filter “tipo de gas”

click on check: url -> https://gas-hogar.es/categoria-producto/calderas/filters/tipo-de-gas/gas-natural/
click on text of the check: url -> https://gas-hogar.es/catalogo-productos/filters/tipo-de-gas/gas-natural/

I don’t understand why sometimes one type of url is generated and sometimes others.
This is confusing for the user, because when he does it wrong he does not consider the categories.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
