Disable promo popup with a button

Hi,

I’m using the promo popup with a button to another page, however once we click that button it goes to the page but the popup is not disabled.

So, what I’m asking here is, do you know of a way for me to make the popup close with a button other than the original?

You are trying to use the Promo popup window and a functional popup which would be closed provided a condition has been fulfilled. The Promo popup is not destined for such purposes. It is just an informative/promoting window. You will have to find a special plugin for your purpose. As we have not tested any we can hardly recommend, unfortunately.
